The Term “You”, “The customer”, “The Purchaser”, “The buyer” or “Client” refers to the person who makes use of “The Company” known as Silks. The products within the Silks website are subject to change, substitution and variation at any time and without notice. Customers with specific requirements are advised to contact us to discuss their requirement. Prices quoted may be subject to error and variation. Silks accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury that may result in the use of the Silks website or its supply or failure to supply goods. Silks accept no liability for any charges levied to its customers by the customers bank as a result of Silks attempting to collect payment whether correct or not.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
The satisfaction of our customers is always paramount to us and we hope that you are happy with your purchase. We will ensure prior to dispatch that your product is in good order and defect free. If, however, you receive a product not in the condition that it was sent in we will offer you a replacement or refund. Unsuitable items may also be returned to the store for a refund or exchange subject to them being returned in good order and within 7 days.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide us with as much information as possible in order that we can claim from the courier. We will then endeavour to replace your item as soon as we are able.
